3. Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third-party marketers. Your personal data is only shared with:

• Appointed CEA-licensed real estate agents from Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (CEA Licence No. L3008899K) who are assigned to handle your request;
• Relevant property developers or their appointed joint-marketing agencies, solely for the purpose of booking showflat appointments or units;
• Government authorities or regulatory bodies (such as HDB or CEA) where required by law.

4. PDPA Consent and DNC Registry

By submitting your telephone number on our forms, you explicitly authorize and consent to receiving marketing and transactional voice calls, SMS, and WhatsApp messages from appointed Huttons Asia agents regarding Executive Condominium projects, notwithstanding any registration on the Do Not Call (DNC) Registry.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending a written request to our Data Protection Officer at the email listed below. Upon receipt, we will cease contacting you and delete your personal data within 14 business days.

5. Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard physical, administrative, and technical security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, collection, disclosure, copying, modification, or disposal.
